The company **VOLS-PARTNERS, S.L**., is a company created in 2017 as an instrument with the aim of promoting the construction and operation of water and renewable energy production facilities without CO2 generation, of wind, photovoltaic, hydraulic, and cycle origin. combined, as well as in the development of technical, consulting and advisory activities in areas associated with these areas.

The owners of the company are, with a respective participation of 99.9%-0.1%:

A. Accuracy Accounts Software SL, a company with a turnover of 200 million euros.

B. D. **José David Moreno Sánchez**, technician in electrical installations and automated systems, self-taught in software development, and promoter of complex projects, 36 years old. Owner of Accuracy Accounts Software SL, a computer development company with 100 million euros of share capital and contracted for the software work on this project.

Owner of **Vols-Partners SL**, a construction company for social, humanitarian and renewable energy projects and promoter of this project, with a share capital of 100 million euros. Owner of **Renovables Costa Cálida SL**, a renewable energy construction company, subcontracted for engineering and construction of the entire energy part of this project, with a share capital of 6 million euros.

**Owner of Multiacero, SL**., a manufacturing and marketing company of metallic materials, pipes and accessories, established with the purpose of guaranteeing the supply of all metallic products necessary for the construction of the facilities.
